The Manchester Elks hosts a variety of Youth Programs for the Manchester community.

The Elks National Hoop Shoot
For nearly 50 years, the Hoop Shoot has an opportunity for kids to have some fun and develop some grit. The Elks Hoop Shoot is a National Free Throw Program for Youth Ages 8-13. There are competitions on the Local, District, State, Region, and National Levels. Manchester Lodge # 1893 is committed to hosting our own fantastic event each year!
The Elks Soccer Shoot Program
With the popularity of soccer on the rise, the Elks developed the annual Soccer Shoot Program for Youth under 14. There are competitions on the Local, District, State, and Regional Levels. The Manchester Elks have hosted the soccer shoot annually for many years with great success!
The Manchester Elks Bike Rodeo
The Bike Rodeo is a spring event at Manchester Lodge where we invite the youth from our community to come get a bike tune-up! Our volunteers are there to help make sure their bikes are in good shape and that children have the safety gear they need to enjoy the summer safely - we even host classes!
The Americanism Committee at Manchester Elks takes part in the annual Americanism Essay Contest. This essay contest geared towards promoting patriotism amongst young people is for youth in grades 5-8. Each year the theme of the essay changes - the winner of our local Lodge can advance through and even win on a National level!
