Annual Toy Drive 2020

Each year, the Manchester Elks hosts a Members Christmas Party as a way to celebrate the holiday season with our Elk Family. Instead of an admission fee, we challenge each member to bring an unwrapped toy or gift for children in our local community. This year, due to the pandemic, the party was put on hold, but the donations were still ON! With the help of the Manchester Police Department, we hosted a drive-by Toy Drive to “Stuff the Truck!”- and we were successful! Once the toy donation was complete, the job was not yet done. Our volunteers got together to help the Manchester Police wrap all of these wonderful gifts, so the children would still experience the excitement of finding out just what gift they received. A huge thank you to the Manchester Police Department, and our gracious volunteers for putting this effort together in the face of uncertainty - and a thank you to all of the members who came by to donate toys!
