An enthusiastically supportive gathering of 140 were in attendance on Friday, September 29th as our Lodge presented its annual Citizen of the Year award to the Manchester Fire Department in recognition of the historic merger of the Eighth Utilities District and Manchester Fire-Rescue-EMS Departments.
